These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase or use a paid BottleBuddy subscription or premium digital feature (the "Subscription"). They supplement the BottleBuddy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The renewal price, billing interval, tax treatment, and purchase channel are shown before purchase and may also be shown in your app-store or payment-provider account.
If you purchase through Google Play, billing and renewal are handled by Google. If you purchase through the web (Stripe), billing and renewal are handled by Stripe. iOS users complete payment on the web flow; the subscription then activates inside the iOS app within seconds of payment confirmation.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or applicable platform/payment-provider rules.
We may change Subscription prices from time to time. Where required by law or platform rules, we will provide advance notice and request consent before a price change applies to you.
If you are an EU consumer purchasing a Subscription online, you may normally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. However, for digital services or digital content supplied immediately, you may lose this withdrawal right if you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, as permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU and Malta S.L. 378.17.
Before completing payment for a Subscription, you must tick an unticked checkbox bearing the following wording:

We log every waiver with the timestamp, your user ID, the exact waiver text version, the subscription product, price, billing period, and the purchase channel. A durable record is also sent by email to the address on your account.
Refunds depend on the purchase channel and applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you purchase through Google Play, your purchase is also subject to Google's billing rules, cancellation processes, and refund policies. BottleBuddy does not control all platform billing decisions.
We may modify paid features from time to time, provided that we do not materially reduce the core paid functionality without appropriate notice or remedy where required by law.
